With five office locations across the west, our client specializes in constructing retail, grocery, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, senior housing, theater, office, recreation, medical and industrial facilities. Description

• Coordinate all project aspects, including timelines and resources
• Manage the project budget, tracking costs and ensuring the project stays within budget
• Oversee the construction site, inspecting work, ensuring safety, and troubleshooting issues
• Maintain communication with the project team, contractors, architects, and clients
• Manage documentation such as contracts and daily reports
• Address challenges like delays, design changes, or material shortages
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on the job site
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule for timely completion

Profile

• Project Engineer with at least one year of experience working on multifamily projects
• Ideally have a Construction Management or similar degree
• Self motivated and looking to growth within the company long term
• Has demonstrated strong tenure in past roles
