The organization provides leadership advisory services to top-tier clients, focusing on areas such as executive search, culture shaping, leadership development, and on-demand talent solutions. As they continue to scale, they're looking to bring on an FP&A Manager to support continued growth and strategic initiatives.

This role is pivotal in driving financial strategy and performance. The FP&A Manager will work closely with senior leadership to deliver business insights, shape financial planning processes, and support high-impact decision-making through detailed analysis and reporting. There's strong exposure to Board and executive-level reporting, with the opportunity to influence both the income statement and balance sheet through strategic recommendations.

Description

FP&A Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive company-wide forecasting efforts, delivering actionable insights and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions across business units.
  • Partner with department heads to understand financial drivers and identify areas for improved efficiency and ROI.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain dynamic financial models to support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Deliver strategic financial recommendations to support investments, capital allocation, and business development decisions.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights through dashboards, presentations, and reports for executive leadership and the Board.
  • Conduct KPI and trend analysis to monitor performance and guide short- and long-term decision-making.
  • Contribute to shaping planning processes by aligning them with company-wide initiatives and priorities.
  • Support a collaborative team environment, helping to train and develop analysts within the FP&A function.
  • Promote continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analysis tools across the organization.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis, with a track record of increasing responsibility
  • 1+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Strong background in financial modeling and proficiency with planning tools
  • Demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and other core financial processes
  • Exceptional communication skills - able to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
