Description

• Supervise daily on‑site construction activities and ensure subcontractor work meets quality standards.
• Coordinate field operations across all trades to maintain schedule, budget, safety compliance, and adherence to contract documents.
• Communicate project updates to leadership and participate in weekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings.
• Enforce site safety protocols, monitor manpower, and complete daily reports.
• Support quality control, field documentation, and creation of look‑ahead schedules.
• Track deliveries and verify that materials, equipment, and installations comply with approved submittals and project specifications.

Profile

A successful Traveling Lead Superintendent should have:

• 8+ years of construction experience (non negotiable).
• Experience in large ground up projects
• Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and cost principles.
• Basic knowledge of project management Software
• A mature professional with excellent judgment.
• A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail
