The Project Manager will oversee and manage luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role in the luxury construction industry requires a strong focus on organization, leadership, and attention to detail.

Description

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards.
  • Review contracts, manage procurement processes, and ensure proper allocation of resources.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
