Assistant Project Manager - Country Club & High End
- Support the delivery of high-end commercial, country club, and luxury residential projects throughout Palm Beach County.
- This role offers hands-on exposure to negotiated, repeat-client work with clear mentorship from experienced Project Managers.

Our client is a long-standing general contractor with deep roots in Palm Beach County, delivering luxury homes, country clubs, and high-end commercial projects valued between $5M and $40M. They are known for strong client relationships, a high percentage of negotiated work, and a collaborative approach with subcontractors. With a growing pipeline of country club projects, they are expanding their field leadership team while maintaining a tight geographic focus and strong company culture.
Description
Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects from start to finish
Support cost tracking, budget updates, and change order documentation
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams
Participate in project meetings, site walks, and coordination efforts
Help track schedules and ensure milestones are met
Support project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation
Profile
2-4 years of experience in commercial construction with a general contractor
Exposure to commercial, hospitality, country club, or high-end projects preferred
Experience working on negotiated or repeat-client work is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient with Procore or similar construction software
Willing to be hands-on and support the full project lifecycle
Local to Palm Beach County or familiar with the market
Job Offer
Base salary: $75K-$100K, depending on experience
Stable pipeline of negotiated, repeat work
