With a track record of successful K-12 schools, higher education facilities, and public works projects, they are seeking a Superintendent to join their team and take the lead on upcoming builds.

Description

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and project teams.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Owners to drive schedule and cost efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent with K-12 or higher education projects.
• Strong knowledge of ground-up construction processes and best practices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
