2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor - Lawrence, MA
This role supervises maintenance work during second shift operations, ensuring equipment remains reliable and downtime is minimized. The Supervisor supports troubleshooting, oversees preventive and corrective work, promotes safety, and helps develop team capabilities. This is an on‑site position supporting a busy, multi‑shift production facility.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance activities on 2nd shift.
- Ensure completion of preventive maintenance and timely corrective repairs.
- Support troubleshooting and provide hands‑on assistance as needed.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and document maintenance work.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
- Assist in training, coaching, and performance discussions with technicians.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, basic fabrication, PLC fundamentals, and safety procedures.
- Able to read schematics and technical documentation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; CMMS experience a plus.
- Physically comfortable working around machinery, loud environments, and variable conditions.
