General Superintendent - Top ENR Ranked GC
Seeking a highly experienced General Superintendent to oversee all field operations on large, high-value commercial projects. This individual will lead jobsite management teams, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure safety, schedule, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved.

Description
- Lead all field operations on large commercial projects, ensuring schedule adherence, budget control, and quality assurance
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the activities of superintendents, foremen, and field staff
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project management teams, clients, and subcontractors
Oversee implementation of the site-specific safety program and ensure strict compliance with all safety standards
Plan, sequence, and coordinate all construction activities and subcontractor work
Monitor project schedules and collaborate with PMs to forecast and mitigate delays
Ensure compliance with all design specifications, building codes, and quality requirements
Conduct regular jobsite meetings and progress reviews with field staff and stakeholders
Profile
10+ years of experience in field leadership roles on large commercial construction projects
Strong background in industrial, healthcare, stadium, or similar large-scale builds
Demonstrated success leading field operations on projects over $100M in value
Deep understanding of construction safety, means and methods, scheduling, and quality control
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
OSHA 30 Certification required; additional safety credentials a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
