Lead Superintendent - Roadway Utilities Project

Description

• Lead all on‑site construction activities for a heavy civil/roadway utility project in a dense urban setting
• Coordinate closely with city officials, utility providers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Maintain strict safety, quality, and schedule standards
• Manage daily reporting, logistics, inspections, and site operations
• Serve as the primary on‑site representative, ensuring professionalism in a high‑visibility environment
• Support a smooth handoff into future vertical construction projects after this assignment concludes

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent, ideally with exposure to heavy civil, roadway, or utility work
• Strong background in vertical construction is also welcomed-especially for long‑term fit
• Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage complex logistics in a busy urban environment
• Professional presence and the ability to represent the company with maturity and confidenc
