This Project Manager will oversee large‑scale federal construction projects delivered directly for government and intelligence agencies. The role offers ownership of complex, secure facilities from preconstruction through closeout, with consistent work across the DC Metro region.

Description

• Manage direct federal construction projects valued at $20M-$100M+
• Lead project execution from preconstruction through turnover
• Coordinate with federal agencies, USACE, and government stakeholders
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security requirements, and quality standards
• Support delivery of secure facilities including SCIFs and classified interiors
• Work closely with internal teams from the Falls Church office to support field operations

Profile

• Proven experience managing federal or public‑sector construction projects
• Background working with GSA, USACE, DoD, IDIQ, or similar contract vehicles
• Ability to manage complex, occupied, or secure environments
• Active or previously held Secret or Top Secret clearance strongly preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to commute to the Falls Church office and DMV project sites
