Traveling Super - Class A Office (Nationwide)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Nationwide Travel role within the Class A Office Interiors space with a top ranked commercial GC that spans across the US. The position requires an experienced professional to oversee projects across from $5M - $30M with high end clientele, creative buildouts, in prominent high rises across the US. Candidate MUST have experinece in this space.

Description

• Oversee construction projects across multiple locations, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors and clients.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress and performance.
• Identify and address any potential risks or issues during the construction process.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Profile

A successful Nationwide Travel Superintendent should have:

• The ability to travel across the US for 2-3 weeks at a time with trips home covered by the company.
• A strong understanding of construction processes and property industry practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for construction management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to address challenges efficiently.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 USD paid bi-weekly.
• 15 days of PTO + 9 paid company holidays
