We are seeking a Chief Estimator - Construction to lead the southern California construction department. You will be responsible for the estimating department. This role is a hybrid position allowing you to work from home 2 days per week. You will be leading large scale industrial and commercial projects.

Description
The Chief Estimator - Construction in Long Beach will be responsible for:
- Leading the estimating team throughout the life cycle of the projects
- Oversee the preparation of estimates for industrial, commercial, and education projects
- Perform a cost analysis
- Review project plans
- Work alongside the Business Development team to continuously grow the business
Profile
A successful candidate for the Chief Estimator - Construction in Long Beach
- 12+ years in construction estimating
- Experience in the building and construction of industrial, commercial, or Education projects
- Proven leadership experience
- Proficient in estimation software
- An appropriate degree in the construction field
