Description

The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing the preconstruction phase of projects.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project budgets, schedules, and estimates.
• Collaborating with design teams to ensure constructability and value engineering.
• Managing bid processes and evaluating subcontractor proposals.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Ensuring compliance with all building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Supporting project teams during the transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members within the construction department.
