Superintendent - HVAC
The HVAC Superintendent oversees all HVAC installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role coordinates crews, subcontractors, and inspections to maintain quality standards and efficient system performance.

Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to lead and manage HVAC projects from start to finish. The role includes overseeing installation crews and subcontractors, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards, coordinating schedules, and maintaining project budgets. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in commercial HVAC construction.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing commercial HVAC projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of completing projects on time and within budget. They are organized, safety-focused, and able to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors effectively.
