Project Manager

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to bring stunning luxury interiors to life.

Description

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
    • Oversee the entire construction process, from pre-construction to project completion.
  • Client and Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other consultants to align project goals.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Direct and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
    • Ensure all team members adhere to safety, quality, and timeline expectations.
  • Quality Control:

    • Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and luxury standards.
    • Conduct inspections and address any issues proactively to maintain high-quality outcomes.
  • Budget and Cost Management:

    • Track expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
    • Prepare and present financial reports, change orders, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-end residential interior construction projects, preferably in South Florida.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
    • Familiarity with luxury materials, finishes, and custom design elements.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
