Aviation/PEMB Construction Superintendent - Denver

Superintendent needed for aviation projects in Centennial, CO area. This Superintendent must have prior experience with pre-engineered metal building projects and/or aviation hangars.

Client Details

General Contractor based out of Houston, TX with operations in multiple states including Colorado. They specialize in commercial construction projects from the ground up and are currently working on a large aviation project in Centennial, CO.

Description

Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

Construction Superintendent must have the following:

• GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - PEMB/Aviation experience is a HUGE plus
• Commercial experience required- 5+ years experience
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Commercial construction Superintendent
• Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
