Looking for a Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to join their team with experience running their own projects and interested in Design Build Life Sciences!

  • Operate in a number of industries including academic, corporate, science & technology, and healthcare
  • 90% of their work is repeat business
  • Bread and butter are projects around $15M but have recently been taking on larger scale projects $20M+
  • 100+ employees between office and field staff
  • Very strong employee retention

Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects related to Life Science, Pharma, and Clean Rooms from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality standards are met in all aspects of the project.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to support ongoing and future business opportunities.

Profile

A successful Project Manager/Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Manager role
  • Either looking to grow to SPM in next few years or already have SPM title
  • Experience running own projects
  • Proven experience managing construction projects in Life Science, Pharma, or Clean Room environments. Design Build experience is nice to have but not a must have
  • A strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.

Job Offer

  • Will pay $120,000 - $150,000 for a PM and $150,000 - $180,000 for SPM
