Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineering Lead should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing manufacturing operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
