Project Engineer - Industrial - Braintree, MA
The Project Engineer will play a key role in overseeing and managing capital projects within a heavy industrial environment. In this role you will develop and execute on large projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Description
Reporting into the Director of Engineering and Safety, you will be responsible for the following:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute capital projects from concept through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain quality and performance objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing processes.
Profile
A successful Project Engineer should have:
- A degree in an engineering field such as Mechanical or Chemical.
- 2 or more years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience with chemical processing.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with engineering project management tools and software.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
