Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges to minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and ensure timely reporting.

Profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee project teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
