The Manufacturing Process Engineer will develop, optimize, and oversee manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality. This role is essential for ensuring smooth production operations within the engineering and manufacturing sector.

My client is a leading U.S.-based metal manufacturer that provides precision machining, metal fabrication, aluminum extrusion, finishing, and assembly services to OEMs across industries like aerospace, robotics, medical, and transportation. With over 750,000 square feet of production space across 13 facilities, my client supports complex, high-volume manufacturing needs through advanced automation and strategic growth.
Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer's responsibilities will include the following:
- performing research, design and development of manufacturing processes
- assembly methods and production equipment
- designing, developing, and testing various tools, machinery and equipment
- representing manufacturing on cross-functional teams
- entering and maintaining data within ERP systems
- developing and maintaining routing information
Profile
The successful Manufacturing Process Engineer should have:
- 3+ years of fabrication experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles
- The ability to plan set objective to ensure follow through
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills

Job Offer
- Comptetitve base salary range of $100,000 - $125,000
