Project Manager - Multifamily, Affordable Housing - Boston, MA
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience in leading ground-up multifamily or affordable housing projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be the second Project Manager on a $120M, multi-phase ground-up affordable housing and apartment/condo complex in Dorchester, MA. The Project Manager will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring the successful execution of the project.

Description
Project Manager - Multifamily, Affordable Housing - Boston, MA - Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects, from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date, including schedules, budgets, RFIs, and submittals
- Monitor project progress and address issues to keep the project on track
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations on-site and ensure a smooth flow of communication between the team and clients
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to maintain project timelines and budget adherence
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Profile

Job Offer
