PEMB Project Manager
The PEMB Project Manager will oversee pre-engineered metal building projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure successful delivery. This role requires strong technical knowledge of PEMB systems and leadership skills to drive performance, safety, and quality on industrial and commercial builds.

Description
Plan, coordinate, and execute PEMB projects including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision
Collaborate with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client requirements
Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track and within scope
Profile
5+ years of experience managing PEMB or industrial construction projects
Strong knowledge of pre-engineered metal building systems and erection processes
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive management style
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred
