Quality Engineer- Machinery Manufacturing- Exeter, NH
The Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure compliance with customer contracts, specifications, and national/international standards while managing NQA-1 projects, audits, and supplier evaluations. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and customers, maintaining ISO9001/NQA-1 documentation, and traveling to conduct vendor site audits and resolve corrective actions.

Description
- Ensure compliance with global standards (ASTM, ASME, ISO, etc.) through contract and specification reviews.
- Lead NQA-1/QAR projects, audits, and supplier evaluations to meet high-stakes industry requirements.
- Drive quality excellence by reviewing customer documentation, preparing QA reports, and expanding the NQA-1 Approved Supplier List.
- Conduct impactful audits and CGD surveys, with opportunities to travel and work directly with vendors.
- Collaborate with teams to solve challenges, implement corrective actions, and enhance ISO9001/NQA-1 systems.
Profile
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Focused and able to apply knowledge and logic to complete tasks effectively.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Quality Engineering.
