Senior Information Security Analyst

An Information Security Analyst who will be on the NYC Information Security team and will partner with the Head Office in Asia. This person will act as a risk manager and will influence decisions within risk and compliance as well as ensure policies and procedures are documented.

Description

• Provide first and second level technical resolution for security alerts and SOC service requests
• Maintains records of security monitoring and incident response activities, utilizing case management and ticketing technologies
• Monitors and analyzes Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Keep current with the threat landscape, identify vulnerabilities, and risk while supporting real-time security monitoring operations
• Proactively monitor and look for potential flaws in client infrastructure pertaining to the services provided
• Manage, escalate and drive satisfactory resolution of customer's technical support, service and infrastructure teams to address issues

Profile

• Familiarity in IS tools, technologies, and operations including Firewall management, vulnerability management, PAM, DLP, EDR, IPS
• Experience in day-to-day administration and monitoring of tools and systems, inlcuding but not limited to SIEM.
• Expeirnce in Secuity log review
• Experience with Security tools such as Splunk, Qualys, PAM, TippingPoint, Tufin
