My client is a family-owned general contractor based in DC, specializing in commercial construction, renovations, historic restorations, and multifamily residential projects throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Description

Due to continued growth, my client is hiring Project Managers to join their close-knit, highly collaborative team. These individuals will play a vital role in delivering complex, high-value projects across the region. • Multifamily new construction projects in DC and Montgomery County
• Office-to-residential conversions and large-scale renovations

Profile

• 3-10+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong background in multifamily or commercial construction
• Comfortable managing complex scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Excellent communicator and natural collaborator
• Eager to grow in a company that offers autonomy and leadership opportunities
• Previous experience working in Downtown DC or urban environments is a plus
