The Assistant Project Manager - Life Science Construction will support the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the life science sector. Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Life Sciences Construction will:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of life science construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Support budgeting and cost control efforts to ensure projects stay within financial guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Life Science Construction should have:
