Description

The Assistant Superintendent - Civil Construction will:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to guarantee compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve any on-site challenges or changes in plans.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress and issues.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Assist in resource allocation and material management on-site.

Profile
