Description

• Lead on-site construction operations for high-end commercial interiors projects.

• Ensure on-time, high-quality project execution while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with clients, PMs, and subcontractors to coordinate project schedules and resolve issues.

• Maintain strict quality control on high-end finishes and ensure all work meets elite industry standards.

• Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure smooth project delivery.

Profile

• 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent in Manhattan commercial construction.

• Proven background in high-end office fit-outs, law firms, and healthcare projects.

• Strong tenure at market-leading GCs with expertise in high-quality finishes.

• Ability to estimate own projects and take full ownership of job sites.

• Comfortable working on fast-paced, detail-driven projects with high client expectations.

• Must be aware that a drug/background check is required.
