Resolution Plan Specialist

This role in the Resolution Plan Office (RPO) oversees the 165(d) Resolution Plan and coordinates regulatory and resiliency planning. It involves senior management engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory inquiry management.

The New York branch plays a key role in its international operations, focusing on corporate and investment banking, risk management, and regulatory compliance to support its diverse client base.

Description

  • Support the Head of RPO in developing and maintaining resolution capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for the Resolution Plan submission.
  • Facilitate regulatory inquiries across business lines.
  • Prepare materials for senior management.
  • Document policies and procedures for Recovery and Resolution Planning.
  • Refine narratives for the Resolution Strategy and Capability Testing Framework.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in financial institutions, banks, law firms, or consulting firms.
  • Experience with Contingency Funding Plan, Capital Contingency Plan, Recovery Plan, or Resolution Plan preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or law preferred.

Job Offer

The offer for the successful Resolution Plan Specialist includes a competitive hourly pay rate and option to enroll in benefits for the duration of a 6-month contract with opportunity to extend.
