Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Revere, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the job site for a multifamily project (100-300 units).
• Ensure the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets all quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and clients regarding project status.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage logistics on-site.

Profile

Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Revere, MA - Will have

• Proven experience in multifamily construction, with a strong track record working with reputable general contractors.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale multifamily projects.
• Experience managing projects ranging from 100 to 300 units is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
