They are seeking a highly skilled Lead Superintendent or Superintendent for a high-profile multifamily project in Revere, MA. Description
Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Revere, MA - Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the job site for a multifamily project (100-300 units).
- Ensure the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets all quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and clients regarding project status.
- Coordinate material deliveries and manage logistics on-site.

Job Offer
Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Revere, MA - Will receive
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Vehicle allowance of $400-$500 per month, plus gas reimbursement.
