Commercial Construction - Project Manager - Greenville
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial objectives are met. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Resolve issues and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders
Profile
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
