Project Manager - Commercial & Academic Projects - Dedham MA

We are partnering with a well established New England based construction management firm seeking a Project Manager to join their team. With a team of roughly fifty employees and offices in Dedham, Worcester and Connecticut, they deliver projects ranging from tenant improvements to ground up builds throughout MA, CT, Southern NH and RI. • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout across commercial, retail, academic and corporate sectors
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination and site activities
• Manage a mix of tenant improvement work and ground up projects typically ranging from 1M to 30M
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance and client communication at every stage
• Partner closely with internal teams including field staff and senior leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and tracking using Excel and Bluebeam
• Represent the company with professionalism on site and in client meetings

Profile

• Three or more years of true Project Manager experience
• Strong background across multiple sectors with ground up experience preferred
• Comfortable working both in office and on site as needed
• Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam
• Ability to work well within a highly collaborative team where personality fit matters
• Candidates must be commutable to Dedham
