Superintendent - Hartford
We are seeking an experienced Ground-Up Superintendent to oversee all on-site operations for large-scale commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to coordinate multiple trades, and a focus on delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Description
Oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilization to final punch list.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to maintain project schedule.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and schedules.
Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of construction.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a superintendent on ground-up commercial projects.
Proven ability to manage projects $10M+ in value.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety compliance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools.
