Superintendent - Hartford

We are seeking an experienced Ground-Up Superintendent to oversee all on-site operations for large-scale commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to coordinate multiple trades, and a focus on delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilization to final punch list.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to maintain project schedule.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and schedules.

• Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects on track.

• Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of construction.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent on ground-up commercial projects.

• Proven ability to manage projects $10M+ in value.

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety compliance.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools.
