Preconstruction Manager
The Preconstruction Manager will oversee the planning and coordination of construction projects within the property industry. This role is based in Miami and requires a professional with strong organizational and project management skills.

Description
- Develop and manage preconstruction budgets and schedules.
 - Collaborate with design teams and contractors to ensure project feasibility.
 - Prepare detailed cost estimates and value engineering analyses.
 - Lead the bidding process, including reviewing and evaluating proposals.
 - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
 - Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
 - Oversee risk assessments and mitigation strategies during preconstruction.
 - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
 
Profile
A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
 - Proven experience in preconstruction within the property industry.
 - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 - Proficiency in project management and estimating software.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
