Global Design, Consulting and Construction Firm with 22 offices nation wide. Their Massachusetts team has been operating for the past 10 years. They have a collaborative team of 20 superintendents, engineers and admins. Their projects in MA focus on Lab/Lifescience work ranging from $1M - $150M.
Description
Construction Superintendent - Marlborough MA - Responsibilities:
- Overseeing staff in field
- Reporting to the Superintendent Group Lead
- Create detailed construction schedules, including sequencing of tasks, time lines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure they are carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of work, identifying and addressing any deficiencies or deviations from plans
Profile
Construction Superintendent - Marlborough MA - Qualifications:
- Experience running $5M+ Lifescience projects as a Superintendent
- OSHA 30
- MA CSL
- Collaborative
- Excellent time management & communication skills
- Experience leading field staff
Job Offer
