Residential Project Manager - Custom Homes
This person will be in charge of managing multiple,m on going Residential Custom Home builds.

For the past 8-9 yeas they have grown into one of the most respected high-end residential builders throughout Massachusetts. With Custom homes, & high-end brownstone renovations ranging between $2M - $10M. They are in the space of just getting started and heading towards exciting times for the firm.
Description
Residential Project Manager - Custom Homes - Responsibilities:
- Leading custom residential projects from start through completion
- Managing deadlines and making sure time lines are met
- Coordinating with necessary project team members
- Positive client feedback/satisfaction
- Building relationships with internal/external parties
Profile
Residential Project Manager - Custom Homes - Successful Candidate:
- Project management experience with a reputable residential firm (4+ years)
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling
- Ability to organize, think ahead, plan, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong relationship building & managing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer savy-ness
