Operations Associate - Loan Servicing
The Operations Associate will handle the back office and operational tasks related to loan servicing, such as data entry, loan documentation, and account maintenance, ensuring accurate record keeping. This person will support front-line teams by processing transactions, managing loan updates, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements behind the scenes.

Description
- Oversee back-office operations for Corporate Finance and Structured Finance lending activities.
- Review and analyze borrowing requests for bilateral and syndicated loans.
- Prepare rate quotes for customers and create system entries for loan transactions.
- Handle remittance requests and process payments via SWIFT.
- Verify cash settlements, issue confirmations, and generate monthly statements.
- Manage and fulfill audit requests.
Profile
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in back office operations supporting corporate lending or structured finance
- Experience using SWIFT for wire transfers
- Proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proper written and communication skills
- Strong energy and team mentality
