Description

• Manage commercial TI and renovation projects from kickoff through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and quality across multiple active jobs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a major national client program
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and project cost tracking
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth execution
• Review RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Travel approximately 30% nationwide
• Maintain strong communication and client satisfaction throughout each project

Profile

• 5+ years as a true Project Manager with a commercial GC
• Strong experience in retail, commercial, or multi‑site TI work
• Experience with Ground-up is a plus
• Project experience in the $100K-$4M range
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset - not a lone wolf
