• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise promptly.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
• Maintain accurate records of project timelines, costs, and resources.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
