Assistant Project Manager- Commercial Construction
The Assistant Project Manager will report directly to Project Manager with support from Field Superintendents

This Construction has been in business for over 30 years. They have a strong pipeline of work across the Oklahoma and surrounding states. This top construction firm has several offices located throughout the southern portion of the U.S.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager:
- Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
- Handle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders
- Assure all materials orders are executed
- Daily project paperwork
- Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
- Maintain workflow and strong relations with subs
- Maintain and organize field documents ( Drawings, specifications, etc )
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Partake and actively participate in company training sessions
Profile
- Degree in Construction Management or related degree
- 2+ years of construction experience
- Experienced in commercial construction with a general contractor
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
- Ground Up construction Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Engineer on commercial construction projects $10M+
Job Offer
Competitive salary & bonus commensurate with experience - salary typically between $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience
