My client has 30+ years in the construction industry predominantly working on ground-up design build work (warehouses, distribution centers, light manufacturing facilities, retail, office, healthcare, and commercial) in Kanasa City. Oversees projects from start to finish which has developed a regular repeat client base.

Description

• Daily job-site supervision
• Develop 3-week look aheads, daily reports
• Work collaboratively with Head of Construction Ops
• Proactively drive solutions
• Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
• Travel is minimal

Profile

• Must be apart of the Union
• 4-10+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Proficient with ProCore and PlanGrid
• Ground-up projects ($5M - $15M+)
• Commercial construction experience
• Strong communication skills

Job Offer

• Base salary $100,000 - $120,000 dependent on experience
