Client Details
My client has 30+ years in the construction industry predominantly working on ground-up design build work (warehouses, distribution centers, light manufacturing facilities, retail, office, healthcare, and commercial) in Kanasa City. Welcoming culture with excellent flexibility; exclusively local construction. Offers great compensation packages and opportunity for growth to land leadership positions at the decision making table. Oversees projects from start to finish which has developed a regular repeat client base.
Description
- Daily job-site supervision
- Develop 3-week look aheads, daily reports
- Work collaboratively with Head of Construction Ops
- Proactively drive solutions
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
- Travel is minimal
Profile
- Must be apart of the Union
- 4-10+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Proficient with ProCore and PlanGrid
- Ground-up projects ($5M - $15M+)
- Commercial construction experience
- Strong communication skills
Job Offer
- Base salary $100,000 - $120,000 dependent on experience
- Bonus earning potential
