Description

• Support the Project Manager in daily operations, including project documentation, procurement, and scheduling

• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and assist in budget monitoring

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams

• Ensure compliance with project timelines, specs, and safety protocols

• Assist with closeout processes and punch list coordination

Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally in interior renovations

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Familiar with construction documents, project schedules, and basic budgeting

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow under the guidance of experienced PMs

• Experience with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus
