Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee a team. This client has a 4 Day/Week Manufacturing Schedule! This Supervisor will have a consistent schedule 4 Days/Week with the hours of 3 PM to 1 AM.

Description

Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high quality products against aggressive production targets

Assign work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms safety, quality, and throughput

Completes Daily Operation Checklist

Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations and shop rules plant wide.

Maintains housekeeping administrative standards throughout production department.

Interprets work instructions to workers, and assigns duties.

Assigns overtime for production workers.

Profile

High-school Diploma or Equivalent

Job Offer

Base Salary Range between $70,000 and $80,000 per year

Position is eligible for an Annual Incentive Bonus based on company performance
