Description

• Design and deliver learning programs that enhance skills, leadership capabilities, and overall employee effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and implement targeted development strategies.
• Manage learning resources, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Analyze workforce data and feedback to inform learning strategies and improve program impact.
• Support employee engagement and cultural initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Drive change management efforts by equipping teams with the skills and tools needed to adapt and grow.

Profile

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
• Skilled in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Data-driven approach to talent development and program evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer

• Base salary $120-155K
