Traveling Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Rehab
- Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee property development projects throughout the southwest.
- The candidate will be working fully remotely in Dallas, regularly traveling to project sites, collaborating with individuals based out of their other offices located nationwide.

Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing $5M-$100M+ Multifamily rehab projects
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project risks and mitigate any issues that arise
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
- 5-15 years of relevant experience with occupied apartment renovation projects
- Proven experience in project management within the property construction industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software

- An estimated salary range of $135,000 - $180,000 (dependent on experience)
