Traveling Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Rehab

$134,500 - $180,500/Year
  • Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee property development projects throughout the southwest.
  • The candidate will be working fully remotely in Dallas, regularly traveling to project sites, collaborating with individuals based out of their other offices located nationwide.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Managing $5M-$100M+ Multifamily rehab projects
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Manage project risks and mitigate any issues that arise
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
  • 5-15 years of relevant experience with occupied apartment renovation projects
  • Proven experience in project management within the property construction industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
