Manufacturing Engineer - Electronics - Leominster, MA
My client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Mechanical Design, Injection Molding and Standardization, and will be comfortable working on both the design side of processes as well as working hands-on on the manufacturing floor.

Description
As the Manufacturing Engineer, responsibilities will include the following:
- 70% of responsibilities will be design focused, 30% will be on the manufacturing floor.
- Design products and automation solutions.
- Work hands-on with DFMs and Process Instruction Writing.
- Work with toolmakers to turn their designs into a reality!
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on problem-solving and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and design standards.
- Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.

Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Must have Mechanical Design experience!
- Injection molding experience is a plus!
- Capital project experience is a plus!
- Experience working cross collaboratively.
- Experience working with DFMs and Process Instruction Writing
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering capacity.
