The Tax Manager will oversee all tax compliance and provision processes and work closely with the Head of Tax!

Our client is a leading reinsurance organization headquartered in New York City with operations worldwide.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Tax Manager include the following:

  • Prepare and review corporate income tax returns

  • Ensure timely filing of federal, state, and international tax returns

  • Manage tax provisions

  • Tax planning and strategy

Profile

The ideal Tax Manager will possess the following qualities:

  • 4+ years of tax experience within public accounting, or a mix public/private
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • Corporate income tax experience
  • Exposure to the insurance industry a plus
