Description
My client is seeking a Superintendent for their Interior Renovation Division to oversee a dentistry suite fit-out. This role is perfect for an experienced Assistant Superintendent ready to step into a leadership position or a Superintendent with experience managing interior renovation projects between $500K and $5M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site leader for the project, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, resolving disputes proactively to keep the project on track.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and efficient scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Construction and assigned Project Manager to execute the project effectively.
- Utilize Procore for project management and documentation.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally in interior renovations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to resolve subcontractor issues independently.
- Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.
- Experience with higher education, healthcare, or similar projects is a plus.
Job Offer
- Salary: Up to $100K (based on experience).
- Healthcare: Standard plan with only $200 out-of-pocket.
- 401K: 3% company match.
- Mileage reimbursement for commutes over 50 miles.
- Generous PTO: 20 days per year.
