Client Details

A well-established manufacturer of high-performance microelectronic inductors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across U.S. and international markets. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing a network of manufacturer representatives. This is an on-site position that requires regular travel.

Description

• Drive both inside and outside sales activities across U.S. and international territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide technical expertise on microelectronic inductor products and applications.
• Oversee manufacturer representatives, assisting with quotations, training, and business development.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Lead trade show preparation and participation.
• Manage all aspects of customer service and support.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role (RF & Microwave industry preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30-50% of the time).
